• In the event of an obvious pricing error, taya365e reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

• If an event is cancelled or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• For parlay bets, a voided leg is typically removed from the accumulator — the remaining legs continue at reduced odds. Specific parlay void rules are stated in the platform's Help section.
• Live bets that are pending at the time of an event suspension are subject to taya365e's live betting void rules.

Live Betting

Live in-play bets are placed in real time on active events. Due to the dynamic nature of live markets, taya365e's system may delay or refuse bets if they are submitted during a period of significant odds movement or market suspension. All live bets placed and confirmed before a definitive outcome are valid unless the underlying event is subsequently cancelled.

Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms
